Artist needed

I've got a script for new "hero" oriented comic mini-series but no artist attached yet. The first issue is 16 pages plus a cover and would be done to pitch to larger publishers. Black and white art is fine for this first issue, and the ability to letter is a plus. I can't pay much, but if it goes somewhere we can work out a page rate and back end percentage deal later. New webstore going live

Hello all. First, let me apologize to those that have placed orders in the last week. A plague of stomach flu has swept my house and I have not yet been able to mail out your packages, but I'm hoping to do so tomorrow.

Second, the new webstore has been set up. However, it is going to take up to 24 hours for the servers to redirect phdillard.com to the new store so the SHOP link on the site here won't be working for a bit. I apologize for the inconvenience.

Lastly, I have deleted the phdillard.com blog. I didn't see the point in continuing it when I never update it anyway so I'm using that domain name for the new store. Just a heads up for those of you that might have it bookmarked. Go ahead and keep it as it will still work, just as a link to the new store rather than a dedicated site for me.

The fundraising for SD Classics is going well. We're around $500 which will be enough to print a small run of the first issue in the series. Other than that there is not much new to report.

Almost sold out

I just took inventory and realized that there is only 15 copies of the first print of Risher #1. We will order a second print but I cannot guarentee when so if you or anyone you know wants a copy get it now before it goes to backorder status.

Pardon the mess

We are currently combining the P.H., Risher, and SD Publishing sites into one site here at RisherComic.com, so things may be a bit dishelved for a few days but we will get it straightened out as quick as we can.

Also be on the lookout for a new SDPub webstore in the next week or so and a lot of other new developments. We think it's time to take SD to the next level and it all starts on this site.

New SD Publishing project

Okay guys, I've decided to start a new project to keep myself busy while Tamas works on the art for Risher and to keep SD Publishing churning out books. I'm launching a line called "SD Classics Presents". Basically I'm going to be "remixing..." old school horror comics, freshening them up a bit, and putting them out. To get a better idea of what I'm saying check out the kickstarter for it.
